A big thank you to all of you who voted for me as Amateur rider of the year. I have made it through to the final and really need you to click on the BETA picture above and vote for Jeni Ball in section 6. I can not believe I have got this far and I would love to win but it all depends on you!!!
A very productive week this week with hopefully eight new liveries booked in for Pepper Hill which means I have now closed the door or gate there for the time being. Everyone seems lovely and I hope it will continue to be a really friendly yard with a good atmosphere. The Indoor school is under construction and we had a representative from a surface company out this week so we are just waiting on a quote. Exciting stuff!!
I have not ridden Mez since her jumping on Tuesday as I have been teaching and mucking out and not had the chance but she does not seem to mind!!
Tilly is on 25 minutes a day walking inhand which got a little exciting on Friday when I took her round the yard and she decided that she would really like to be in the field and stood up on her back legs! I told her off and took her back in the school where she sulked for the rest of her walk!!
Kirkby and Maisey have been a little full of theirselves on the way in from the field for the last couple of days...well Kirkby especially so as I have no help today and Peter is not home until 6.30pm I have kept them in. It is gale force winds here and I decided it just was not worth the hassle!
Alex learnt how to clip on Saturday and Millie is now sporting her 'go faster' look! Alex made a really good job of clipping so hopefully next year she can do them all!!!
